With in this mind, my team and I offer tailored, comprehensive consulting services within the framework of Transformational Leadership, working with schools, districts, and organizations. 

 John Maxwell once stated, "A coach brings out the best in others, helping them to reach deep down inside and discover their potential."  Largely guided by this philosophy, I provide executive and leadership coaching to individuals and teams. As a certified practicioner in Restorative Practices, I also provide personal leadership coaching to inidviduals, couples, and teams.

As a certified member of the John Maxwell Team, I collaboratively design and facilitate professional learning for schools, districts, and organizations. In addition to being a keynote speaker, I provide tailored support services for 1:1 development across the many components of transformational leadership.
